Stephen A. Garner, an apostle of God, is anointed to preach strong revelatory Kingdom messages to the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ; imparting present truth that brings reformation and restoration. His greatest passion is to see the Body of Christ activated in fervent prayer, powerfully operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, and fulfilling their calling and destiny. Apostle Stephen also flows in a strong prophetic dimension that accompanies his apostolic ministry. He desires to see the people of God free from demonic bondages through the ministry of deliverance.

In addition to overseeing a growing Chicago congregation, Rivers of Living Water Ministries International has been instrumental in planting other churches and serves as an apostolic covering for ministries globally. Apostle Garner and his ministry teams regularly facilitate prayer summits throughout the nations and produce a weekly radio broadcast in the Greater Chicago area. Apostle Garner ministers internationally and has touched and impacted many nations. He has a heart for the Church around the world to come into the fullness of all that God has ordained. To achieve this mandate, he continues to raise up and send out apostolic teams to advance God’s Kingdom in the nations. He and his wife Pastor Yolonda Garner reside in the Chicago area with their five beautiful children.

Pastor Yolonda Garner serves alongside her husband, Apostle Stephen A. Garner in the ministry of Rivers of Living Water Ministries International. She flows in a powerful prophetic grace with intensity and uncanny accuracy. God uses Pastor Yolanda mightily to establish, strengthen, and encourage many in her prophetic ministry. As the mother of five children and a spiritual mother to many, her passion is demonstrated as she endeavors to prepare and equip the youth of this generation. Pastor Yolonda works diligently to raise up and nurture a young pioneering generation of Kingdom overcomers that will touch and impact the lives of those around them. She supports them as they serve in their own outreach ministry, “My Generation Is Blessed!” Pastor Yolonda is committed to releasing the gospel of the Kingdom and seeing it manifested in the lives of believers - young and old alike.

Elder Taldon B. and Deletha Cole serves as members of the senior leadership team here at R.O.L.W.  Bro. Cole oversees the teaching ministry along with various administrative duties. Sis. Cole serves as leader of our local outreach ministry and teaches in our youth Kingdom Living course.  Together they release the measure of grace given by God on each of their lives to supply to the Body of Christ while advancing the Kingdom of God.
   

Prophet Willard and Prophetess Dervita Willard resides on the southside of Chicago in Illinois. They have been married for 4 years and are parents of two Beautiful daughters. Because of the Love and Yearning that they have to see The captive set free and advance in the kingdom. The Willette’s serves as the overseers of the Helps ministry which includes sustaining prophetic administration, prayer, and deliverance . Prophetess Dervita is also one of the prophetic voices on the praise and worship team. Rivers of Living water is honored to have them serve with this body.
     
Elder Jeff and Sis. Brenda resides in the South Suburbs of Chicago in Illinois.  They have been married for nearly 30 years and are the parents of four adult children.  Because of the Grace of God upon them and their years of experience in marriage God uses them in the area of counseling.  Elder Jeff also oversees praise and worship, fine arts, and is one of the Captains of the Prophetic companies at Rivers of Living Water Ministries.
   
Prophetess Doris Frasier serves on the wall as a prophetic watchman. Her passion is to enlighten the Body of Christ regarding the feasts God honors (Passover, Pentecost, and The Feast of Tabernacles) and restore them back to the Body of Christ. Prophetess Doris has an ear for present truth and a desire to usher the Body of Christ into God’s kingdom agenda for financial prosperity and success. Prophetess Doris and been married to Ivery Frasier for 34 years. She is the mother of four adult children and a graduate of Robert Morris College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Prophetess Aqua Robins is a governmental prophet with a strong prayer anointing that releases breakthrough and impartation. The prophetic anointing on her life resounds loudly in a very humorous and heart felt way. She is known as one who trumpets the heart of God to those who are held captive by the powers of darkness. She believes that the saint’s development is likened to that of diamonds in the rough which must go through a rigorous process in order for perfection to come forth. Therefore she’s committed to teaching and preaching the message of the kingdom of God and allowing His love for people of all nations to flow through her. She is the wife of Mark Robins, and mother of four children (Davonte, Mark Jr., Kwamaine, and Kayla) whom she loves dearly. She also serves as a member of the prophetic presbytery at her local church.
Pastor Jeniece McClay serves as the overseer of the pastoral care team. She is also involved with many aspects of the ministry including the Deliverance, Helps and Marriage Ministries. God has graced her with the wisdom of God and the ability to love and nurture those in need of a mother’s touch. She is married to Henry McClay for almost 2 decades and they have 6 Children and 4 Grand children.
